Pricing begins at $135 for a one-hour session. The longer you stay, the more you save!
Our photography studio is located at 30 Arbor Street Hartford, CT 06106. Compact cars can park right in front of the building, while larger cars can park in the lot to the right.
Enter through the main entrance using the code provided via email. Take the elevator to the second floor, then follow the signs for Nikki Estephan Studio. Unlock door 224 using the same access code, and you’re in!
Finding the studio

After your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a private access code 24 hours before your scheduled time. You’ll enter this code on two different keypads: one on the building door and one on the studio door.
Getting into the studio
I would love to feature you and the magic you create in this space! Please email me your beautiful photography images at nikki@nikkiestephan.com, so I can share them on social media.
Featuring your work
No smoking, non-prescription medication, or illegal drugs are allowed at any time either inside or outside the studio.
studio policies
Clients must return the studio in the same order and cleanliness outlined in your contract. If not, a minimum $200 incidental / cleaning fee will be billed to your credit card within 24 hours, along with an email containing photo / video evidence.
Cleaning the studio
No refunds will be given for cancellations. If you need to reschedule, please email nikki@nikkiestephan.com before 48 hours of your session to request a new time (subject to availability).
